Metering Ring Set

ENVIRONMENTAL EQUIPMENT SERVICES PROVIDES OEM REPLACEMENT PARTS TO SULFONATION AND SURFACTANT PRODUCERS!

As former employees of a sulfonation equipment manufacture, Mike Vukmir, Tod Derks, and John Chittenden all worked extensively with sulfonation equipment, in the design, fabrication and testing of it.

We have retained our skills and knowledge in this industry and are now employing them in improving and providing a bit of competition in the sulfonation/surfactant equipment spare parts business as an alternative to OEM lead times and pricing.

As EEServ has acquired additional shop and machining capabilities, we are now able to provide sulfonation customers with OEM quality spare parts by coming to their sites, measuring the equipment they need and replicating & improving the particular parts through exacting measurements and materials selections.

EEServ will come to your site and measure every aspect of your metering rings. We will take those measurements and reverse engineer your rings while adding our own modifications to increase flow stability and longevity.

By using CNC step files, a record of each part is made so exact repeatability can be achieved. Once EEServ has reversed engineered an OEM set of rings and created a step file, we assure exact repeatability and precision manufacture of your metering rings. The ability of somebody other than the OEM to reproduce your metering rings is assured with the step file and drawings. Having an electronic record of your metering rings will lower future ring order costs over the original sets and assure you that in these difficult times more than one vendor has the ability to produce your metering rings.

Let us provide you with a proposal to reverse engineer your metering rings to provide an exact OEM copy. We will also incorporate material changes which add longevity to the rings. Once we have a CNC step file created of your reactors metering rings, it's a very simple reordering process in the years to come.
